    • Stand erect with the hands by the side and as you raise your hands go onto the toes with a deep breath, hold for a count of five; breathe out and bend low touching your hands extending towards the feet. Repeat 5 rounds
    • Extend your arms sideways and keep twisting your body from right to the left and left to right for ten times. Repeat five rounds
    • Support your hands on the waist with the thumbs on the spine. Breathe in and push yourself to the farthest; hold for a count of three, breathe out and lean forward hold for the count of three and come to the normal stand position. Repeat 10 rounds
  • Stand at one place and start thumping your feet for 1 minute
  • Stretch your leg forward, backward, sideways and finally extend your ankles downwards. Repeat with both the legs for ten times each.
  • Rotate your neck from left to the right and left to the right and backwards. Shrug your shoulders.
  • Clinch your right fist tight and strike a vigorous blow from the shoulder towards the left ear. Alternate with the left aiming at the opposite ear. Repeat ten rounds
  • Raise the hands straight above the head, inhaling a full breath, gradually assume a squatting position bringing your hands low arching your back and exhaling fully with your neck dropped towards your chest and contract your diaphragm and abdominal muscles. Hold for a count of three. Repeat ten rounds. This will throw all the congested waste energy from the body and make you feel fresh. This is for the purpose of expelling all the air from the lungs. Good to renew and refresh instantly.
  • After office hours try and catch up a bare feet walk on the grass or on pebble track of any park.
  • Place sufficient quantity of marbles on the bed and roll your back on them. Will increase circulation in the spinal nerves and will release all your physical stress, strain and fatigue.
  • Use lemon oil, jasmine oil, rose oil  or eucalyptus oil in your evening bath.
  • Energize your bed-room with Ylang-Ylang oil for good sound sleep(not suitable for kids below 10 yrs though).
  • Soothe lavender oil mixed with base oil as a skin moisturizer or head massage for a calm peaceful sleep. Helps in insomnia as well.
  • Once in ten days pamper yourself with massage and steam bath
  • Take a foot reflexology treatment from a professional
  • Rub a damp towel mixed in lemongrass oil crosswise vigorously on your back and all over your body every morning and evening
  • Use your fingernails to massage your scalp in circular motion all over and then give a cold compress on the head and face with peppermint oil.
  • Drink plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable juices daily. Make morning walks your routine of life. Once- a-week go towards the sea or at some park and do some inner reflections with deep forceful breathings and purge out all mental clutter.
  • Be kind to yourself. Do take periodic vacations and rejuvenate your energy and your lost connection with your internal self. A step from Bhairanga to Antaranga
  • Live LIFE for each moment and smile as often as you can. It eases all tensions
  • Play with small kids or spend time with the elderly they have a lot to offer to us. From them you learn patience, forbearance and unconditional love. Moments spent with them are timeless and beautiful.
  • Learn to forgive yourself for all past mistakes and let go off any pain and repression that you may hold
  • Accept people around you the way they are; change comes from within. Learn to love yourself first.
  • Offer your gratitude to the Creator for giving you this life and thank Him each moment for giving you the strength for achieving what you seek
  • Impatience is a disease in itself  a form of resistance so learn to love and approve
  • Each time you stand in front of the mirror look into your eyes and say something positive and kiss yourself and say I Love You. Believe me it heals you emotionally and makes you feel worthy. You are the only person who thinks in your mind. You are the power and the authority in your world.
  • Choose right thoughts to come to you and don’t dwell in your past. Life is in the NOW
  • Before you retire to bed thank all the people (mentally) who made your day and life beautiful and worthy and contributed in your growth.
  • And remember how beautifully God has added one more day in your life. It is not necessarily because you need it, but because someone else might need you. Learn to be happy all the time.
  • On opening your eyes in the morning be thankful for everything and say the following prayer :

(Your name) you are wonderful,
And I love you the most, You are God’s best creation
And this is the best day of your life
Everything is working out great and life is bringing in the highest goodness
