The greatest challenge in urban yoga is staying fit and healthy with the hectic life where the entire demand is to travel and reach the workplace on time and achieve all the set goals.  The fast food variety of foods, wrong combinations, incorrect timing, improper meal intake, imbalance of nutrition and high calorie intake has become a culture of our life.
