AUM Meditation for positive changes, positive thinking and positive living

REFRESHMENT BREAK – 10.30 TO 10.50 AM

SESSION II                                       11 am to 12.30 noon

Internal resources v/s the External forces
Postural habits v/s body alignment- Office environment
Breathe right to break blithe
Heal and Deal to ease tension and optimize energy.

LUNCH BREAK 12.30 TO 1.00 pm

SESSION III                                                  1.15 to 3 pm

Menu for the workshop

A sattvic lunch (vegetarian diet) to be provided by the company with basic tips and inputs to plan the menu for the day by the teacher. The lunch for the scheduled programme should allow alertness and concentration, increase energy with synthesis and inner tranquility.

Break Time

Herbal drink, fruit juice, vegetable soup or health syrup according to the season and in consultation of the trainer/teacher for the particular event. Snacks to be suggested later if on schedule or required.
