What is foot reflexology? Why do we fall sick? What eats up our energy? Why are we not at 100 percent?
Reflex points : use and purpose in our day to day life
The location of reflex points on the feet? How to identify them?

Treatment of the body through self healing. Symptoms & Functions

Everyday healing
Requirements:
This is a total of 20 hours programme conducted in-house either on daily or weekly basis according to the availability of the free slots for the staff, which could be before/after working hours or on a week end (sat half a day)
Pre-requisite
An open mind to believe in the power of self healing and improving health. The stomach should be free (4 hours gap from a major meal) on those days of sessions when personal and self healing would be taught and practiced.
Facility
An open large space, properly lit and ventilated, writing pad and pencil/pen, a bottle of water.
Particpants
Number could be from 10 to 50 in a large group. Each participant would be provided with the course material
The programme is based on the medical and ethical values of the ancient and modern science and will bear the moral rights of staying fit and healthy through the Natural Science of Life.

What is Beauty? How does Health affect the beauty? How to remain healthy & Beautiful? Remaining young and maintaining health
Session II
What are Aroma oils? Uses for 4 major needs
Physical wellness
Mental Wellness
Sexual Wellness
Emotional Wellness
Identifying these particular substance
Session III
Use of oils in massages, dispensers, potpourri & incense sticks or ready to use candles
Conclusion : Question and Answer session
Requirements:
An open hall with desk to display and hold items, collar mike, writing pads, pens and tissues/napkins
